1. Only in Hand Cash shall be taken as a exact amount for which the product or service is described in person or on our official website www.vasulataclinic.com

 

2. Payments through cheque can be accepted however the inception towards rendering the service or handing over the product will be done only after the clearance of cheque.

3. While making an online payment you are requested to add a 5% transaction charges to the final amount that are required to maintain your facility to pay online.

4. Service Tax will be levied on all such services and goods that doesnot comes under `negative list`.

5. Service Tax will be levied to each and every services if the payment is made through online mode.

​

6. Booking or Appointment will only be treated confirmed after receiving payment in this regard. Vasulata Clinic & Genetics Research Centre will send in send you a confirmation mail stating the details in this regards.

7. We donot take any responsibility towards handling of product if not done by our team. In such cases if anything goes wrong the dispute will be settled after clearing from the shipping/courier company and money returns will be done with appropriate deduction of tax.

8. Electronic items purchased shall be applicable to its manufactrer warranty.

9. Diagnostic test reports will only be released after receiving the complete payment.

10. Cancellation of appointment or treatment package or any such service provided by us shall be subjected to the deduction of amount that may vary as per the request. 24hrs or less time prior cancellation shall not be done.

11. Legal Matter/s shall be subject to Jurisdiction of Mumbai High Court, Mumbai.
