Services Offered:- Investigations, Medicine, Procedure Charges Consumables Note: - Panchakarma depends upon the patients clinical condition and might be cancelled if not found appropriate at the time. No Refunds will be entertained in such cases. The above mentioned Package is Designed exclusive for patients suffering from the specific condition (PCOD / PCOS) and treatment regarding no other disease/disorder will be done or involved in it. Such things if done will be charged extra. Advice - Better to discuss and customize your package if other medical conditions are involved. Note - Once a package is booked cannot be cancelled. In case of such cancellation all the treatment/investigations done will be charged at normal rates. If charges of all such treatments and investigations goes below 25000 INR. Additional 30% Facilitation charges will be applied and the total amount that shall be payable. For more details please contact. Important : The total duration of the treatment will not exceed 6 months. Incase can be mutually agreed by both doctor and patient can be extended that may or may not include additional charges. Many of the time patient may get pregnant as soon as possible (within 2-3 months) with little efforts of treatment in such case package will be treated as duly consumed and No Refunds Shall be paid back.
