It includes Pretest counseling, Post test counseling, Pedigree Analysis up to 3 generation. It is always better to keep handy with all of your reports regarding the medical condition. In counseling session you will be discussing with the doctor about your problem to which all possible solutions and methods shall be explained to you after gathering necessary information about you and your family. In genetics their are different way of approaches to deal with the problem in your family or a member of your family thus it after pretest counseling it is always your choice to go with the desired option. This is usually not seen in the consultation where you have to follow whatever doctor says.
